What happens after I pay?

After payment, you receive an email with a preparation checklist and your personalised link to the Build Brief form.You then complete the guided form. Once submitted, your information is used to create your Build Brief pack.

What happens after I submit the form?

Your information is reviewed and turned into your Build Brief, Builder Return Document and Builder Scorecard.The documents are checked before issue and then sent to you in Word format with guidance notes.

How quickly will I receive my Build Brief?

We aim to issue all Build Brief packs within 24-48 hours of receiving your completed Build Brief form and supporting information.In practice, we have always delivered Build Brief packs within 24 hours, and we'll always endeavour to get your documents back to you as quickly as possible.
